Objective: The reconstruction and redesign of the existing Youth Centre (Otdykh club) building, its annex and environment, including the creation of new interiors, a new styling, and façade. Any large developing city should obviously attempt to keep up with worldwide progress and the development of new technologies, relationships, and information processes. We live in a large, modern city and we would like it and its appearance to be up to date. This is the main reason for reconstructing and transforming the Youth Centre into a modern object that would be not only a place for recreation, but also for the interaction between and the education of young people. General suggestions: (1) The name of the centre should be changed in order to increase its appeal. We suggest the name '21'. (2) The general plan shows that the building is situated with one side facing the street and another facing Pine Park. We suggest using the park area for expansion and a new annex. This will allow a blend of human and nature in one and the same area. (3) A pedestrian subway for crossing the street to the centre should be considered. The street is very busy, and we believe that the new centre should offer easy access to its users. (4) The creation of a new entrance. (5) The creation of a new look for the façade. (6) The construction of a round annex as an extension to the centre. (7) The creation of modern interiors for the whole area.
