A city founded on the temporal dimension can form no unity, yet falls apart into multiplicity of cities. Every family forms its own specific city through specific places of its own day-of-day life. In the very case the center of the city, Skopje, is presented by the private housing that defines a kind of a flowing space / patterns /. This makes the city a spacious phenomenon - non-finished object. The spacious review does not explain the actual look of the city only but the forms that were present any time before i.e. city as a summary of a historical process and action of the local community.On the other hand, the history, over one precise moment, is not real any more. Anything that happened from that moment on is not real, but no one can notice it. Our goal is to find that crucial point or we are going to continue our destructive way of existence. According to Baudrillard, Jean, history is maintaining to stay in life only in a situation of simulation, as a NIZA of special effects or as a toy. Further more he says, there are no more stabile structures, ' no cause action - action - consequence action'. In the momentary 'post- orgy ' condition of the things, when everything is free, the utopia is real, anything can be possible anything can be done, only remains to recollect the fractals of our culture and go to the very extreme, to the very hyper body out site the previous limits. The space is implicit and summarized in the word- architectural form, but not with its functional representatives. Spatiality is, perhaps, an archetype of the form, its pre (post) condition. Neither is active nor passive; it is not abstract but it is not empirical, too; first of all it is conceptual. The struggle between the metaphor (conceptuality) and the drawing (physicus) is permanent, what is more is present in the virtual space of the computer technology today. The present moment as a moment of digital structure i.e. architecture has the binary system of coding as a main subject. Creating virtual art is nothing but continuous coding and decoding of the information i.e. its own parts. This process is characteristic only for the actual moment of reading the entry, only after switching on the button ON at the machine, computer. The electron as a simulated structure is determining the materiality of the electronic message as a virtual, hypothetical materiality. The info that is placed in the computer is accepted as a message. In order to create the virtual it is necessary to be done structuring of the transmission of the messages with electrons.If the microstructure, as a basic element of the electronic message, is defined as fractal, than it is determined as remains of decomposing one macrostructure. The fractal multiplicity of physical pictures means condition where the individual can combine infinite number of models in a new body which rub all other previous categories of gender, class or specific look (conceptual transsexuality of generative substitution). Those microstructures and fractal multiplicity are the main actors of the genetic message and they work autonomously, but their only sense can be understood only in their mutual functioning in the uniting. This kind of organized look of the chaos is named as electronic message or in this case as architecture of the electronic message.The enteties in situation of technological totality will stop being what they where, but first new quantity of experience is going to be present, replacing the actual with virtual, as a simulation of one new reality. Everything is being reinvestigated whether is or how much is real (actual) or virtual picture of a choice of some non-defined system.
