The aim of the project was to create a connection between Copengagen’s S-train station (Nordhavn) and the edge of the harbour, where a building of ferryboat station was ment to be build (Nordbassinet). The task was to redesign existing Nordhavn’s train station and design a new building of ferryboat station ( connection between Copenhagen and Malmo in Sweden) in order to transport people from the train directly to the boat. The idea was to create a single building of both train and ferryboat station, in a form of a „bridge' that could, through its simplisity, mediate between the town and the water edge. The project based on the rigit and regular grid tries to give an order to the site, where dense structure of the city meets chaos of waterfront’s warehouses.
