The 4n6 will be a center for research and criminal investigation. It will be situated within the campus of the University of the Philippines. The site is adjacent to the National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry; a lot intended for scientific reseach within the university. The proposed project is mainly a Forensic Laboratory: in General Chemistry, Toxicology, Paint and Polymers, Odontology, Anthropology, Entonology, Pathology, Document Examination, Ballistics, DNA and other Forensic Support Services and Administrative offices. Training Facilities will also be included for educational and expert training programs.
